My roommate is staying for the summer and she is wonderful and easy to live with. It would be between May 1st (but you could probably move some stuff in early if you need to) and August 14th. It is $430/mo. but I am willing to negotiate. I am considering leaving my twin bed and desk in the room so let me know if that is something you'd be interested in (the dresser was here when we moved in so it'll be here too). Since my roommate is staying, there will be all cooking appliances (microwave, toaster oven, etc.) and cookware, dishes, silverware, everything. This apartment would be especially nice for a student currently living in the dorms since you don't need to bring much. Cable is $35/mo. (includes high speed wireless internet, Comcast cable box, and HBO) and everything else is electric (in August we paid $15 each for the electric, so it's pretty cheap!).
